Winter is Coming 1 Hour Arm Workout |

Winter is here. But that doesn’t mean you have to go into hibernation and gain your winter weight. You still need to get moving, and listening to one of our brand new mixes, “Winter is Coming”, is the best way to do it.  Here is one of our famous arm workouts to go along with our mix.




  1. Barbell Curls (4 sets of 8)
  2. Tricep Dips (4 sets of As Many As Possible)

Circuit 1:

Curl Bar Preacher Curls (12 reps)


Medicine Ball Crunches (25 reps)


Overhead Tricep Extensions (12 reps)


Circuit 2:

Dumbbell Holds (30 seconds)


Hanging Leg Lifts (25 reps)


Tricep Cable Pushdowns (12 reps-to failure)


Cardio: (choose one)

5 minutes on Rowing Machine

5 minutes of jump rope

5 minutes of intense stair climbing machine
