We recently released a new workout mix called THAT FIREEE, containing bangers from all genres across the board. With artists like Tiesto, Jauz, NGHTMRE, Alesso, Hardwell, and many more, this workout mix really touches all of the bases! THAT FIREEE is 120% energy from the very start. It will distract your brain from becoming fatigued, and keep you pushing your body throughout the whole workout.

You can listen to this mix with any of our Workout Routines, but we have created a Shoulder Workout specifically for this mix. We hope you enjoy:

-Stretch (focus on shoulder movements) (2 min)

-Light jog (3 min)

2. Heavy Dumbbell Military Press – 4 sets of 8 reps

-First set should be a lighter, warm-up set

– On last set, perform as many reps as you can, then lower the weight 10 pounds, do as many as you can again, lower the weight again, then perform as many reps as possible to burn out

3. Barbell Shrugs – 3 sets of 15
Rear delt machine –  3 sets of 15
4. Dumbbell Side Raises – 3 sets of 12
Dumbbell Front Raises – 3 sets of 12
5. Kettlebell Clean & Press – AMRAP for 1 minute

-As Many Reps As Possible

6. Kettlebell Swings – AMRAP for 1 minute
7. Cardio Rowing Machine – 3 sets of 1 minute
Hanging leg raises – 3 sets of 25

8. Incline walk or Stationary Cycle for remaining time (if any)
