Lately, we’ve been doing big things over at BassFit.com, wrapping up 2018 in extraordinary ways. The sole reason BassFit.com was created was to HELP people all over the world improve their health and fitness through the power of EDM. One major component of the EDM culture is music festivals. They are very fun and addicting I must say. People spend thousands of dollars each year to go to their favorite festivals. But there is one thing people dont think about much.

How these music festivals can permanently damage your mental and physical health.

I’m not saying don’t go to music festivals. I have been going to music festivals every year since my first EDC in 2013, and I do not plan on stopping anytime soon. But I want people to know how to do them right so they don’t hurt themselves, so they can go these festivals their entire life.
